University Admission and Credit Transfer Agreements
Students who successfully complete a diploma program and meet the listed conditions will be eligible for consideration for admission to a university degree program at any of the three South Australian Universities.
Applications for entry must be made through SATAC for Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents.

A pre-requisite study of SACE Mathematics 1 or equivalent is required to gain admission. Students must apply through SATAC for entry to The University of Adelaide. Students who gain entry will be granted one years’ advanced standing.

Students who complete EIBT diplomas receive one year of advanced standing and are able to enter second year of the following degrees at the University of South Australia. Students completing the Diploma of Business require a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.0 in order to articulate into second year. Students who attain a GPA between 3.5 and 4.0 must pass their last four enrolled courses. Students completing the Diploma of Computing and Information Technology require a minimum overall GPA of 3.5 to articulate in to second year.

Graduates of the Diploma are also eligible to apply for transfer to a bachelor degree level program at other Australian universities, with the expectation of receiving status up to one full year of advanced standing.
Specific articulation arrangements exist with a number of interstate universities, including Griffith University, Macquarie University, Sydney University, Deakin University, Monash University, Victoria University and Edith Cowan University.
